1. Agreement

By engaging Entwick Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Entwick Solutions ("Agency") for web development and related services.

2. Services

We provide web development, design, and digital services as agreed in a project scope document or proposal. The exact deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or handover.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee. // TODO: confirm fee amount
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all custom code and designs created for their project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may delay the project timeline and are not grounds for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business disruption. // TODO: review with legal counsel
